Nicor Advanced Power directs deceptive expenses so the customer doesn't have idea what they're spending and also to whom. After many months of consistant expenses of $80, the Dec bill was $300. The statement was centered off approximately study, therefore we required a real. We were informed from the owner to hold back till new read to pay for statement. After read, we got a statement for utilization since projected read. We requested for statement showing last real to present real to confirm. Whenever we obtained that statement, it had been compensated entirely and obtained on 10Mar09. On 17Mar09, notice delivered stating we still owed $250 by 28Mar09 or support stop. On same-day, obtained fresh bill stating just $90 overdue which another projected study was done, incorporating $350 towards the statement. Expenses don't display previous payment, just present, you've no idea where billing is originating from, where it gets paid to: no method to straight link utilization to sum paid. Additionally, charged $100 late charge for outstanding balance after owner believed to delay. While requesting to stop, informed it's $20 monthly until end of agreement. We've a fresh home which was built to become energy-efficient and we all know we're spending a lot of. From $80/month to $300/month, and we're caught until we spend $140.
