Dishwasher fixed after ten days and three visits

After 10 days of communicating and service visits dishwasher is fixed. Scheduling technician with parts repairs 3 visits calling this is a customer service nightmare is totally understated and disappointing. The plus is a technician (Calbert) did represent himself well I applaud him not the rest of service I received!!!
