Do Not Show Up on Scheduled Service Dates

I have been trying for over two months to get my snow blower fixed. We are talking all of January and February and now into March in New England. I bought the extended warranty and initially it took 3 weeks to get someone to come. They showed up the first day, but they require you to take the entire day off work to wait for them to show up between 8 am and 4 pm. The guy ordered several parts but did not give me a receipt for anything. He said he would schedule the next appointment two weeks later. Two weeks passed and we get a call the day before saying they show one part, a less significant part, for the electric starter, has been backordered and they schedule another appointment another two weeks later. The day before they are scheduled to come they call, we still didn't receive another part, but they say they will come because we really let them know how upset we are that we still don't have a fixed snow blower and have had several significant snow storms (over a foot in at least 3 storms each). Again, they are suppose to show up between 8 and 4. At 11 am the day they are suppose to come, I get a call that they do not have a technican in the area and they are not coming. Now this was a scheduled appointment that took two weeks to get. They tell me the next schedule opening in yet another two weeks out. I have had to take the day off work and they are not coming. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was blindly transferred to another service representative who again says they cannot come for two weeks. I have no faith that they will show up if they scheduled today's appointment but did not route someone in the area to show up. I am currently waiting for a member of the management team to contact me, but that they say takes one to two business days. It has been over two, very snowy, months with more snow expected in 2 days. What am I going to do with a snow blower that can't get fixed until after the snowy months have passed? I will NEVER EVER buy from Sears again. There is no service.
