Broken heater... Twice

Ordered a propane shop-heater and received it broken - I have picture proof. They promised to refund the $200 amount after a claim with Postal Service is settled. I buy the other heater, pick it up and that thing is dinged too. It's a very bad idea to order there, don't get f... Ooled.
