(Ben Ziegelbauer) Take The Money And Run

I am having trouble getting my deposit back from Floor Works Wood Floor Center 3432A Cty Hwy N Cottage Grove Wi. 53527. I paid a deposit of $2800 in November for Ashland Barn Oak Laminate, Ben Ziegelbauer came out and picked up the deposit so he could get the laminate on the next truck and save me a stamp. Two days later Ben calls and said the Ashland Barn Oak was discontinued and we would have to pick something else, we were unable to find any thing we realy liked. I called Ben and left a message that I would like my deposit back and that
he could keep a $100 for his time. Its now three months and several un returned phone calls later and still no refund,
