Sections of siding came off, wouldn't replace bad window

Got siding put on and within two weeks two sections came off, they did replace them and then about another two weeks another one came off and they wouldn't send any one out to fix it.

We got windows frome them about five yrs ago and when they were putting the siding on we saw one of the windows had a seal broke and they were to send out a complaint form and asked me to take pic's and I did and sent them in. And nothing happened. So I called them and they said they never got anything. So they never replaced the window.
