Kemp Windows & Siding is a completely immoral company that markets products which are marked up, especially MasterShield, in Richmond, VA, Northern, VA, and Washington DC. My job was finding leads for sales people working for Kemp Windows & Siding through marketing. I was forced to quit after only a few months because I did not want to scam customers anymore by helping this company do business, and because none of the employees were treated fairly.

Bill Kemp, the Owner of Kemp Windows and Siding, mistreats many of his employees. He made very inappropriate comments to me regarding my body. He commented that I had "long legs" and that he thought back tattoos like mine "were sexy." That type of work environment is humiliating, and it was a challenge to work there.

He has a history of promising bonus checks to sales people and then refusing to give them the checks. Kemp Windows & Siding has a very high turnover rate because of this. First, I let one employee go, the Canvassing Manager at Kemp Windows and Siding, who wasn't paid his final week's paycheck. After weeks of trying to obtain this, the poor guy finally gave up. I tried to convince the Owner that I was pretty sure he didn't receive his last check, and I was told that he was paid everything he was owed. I, too, didn't receive my last TWO WEEKS' worth of pay, and Bill Kemp (Kemp Windows & Siding) is currently under investigation from the Department of Labor for this. He even sent my lawyer a document admitting that he owes me that check, but he has neglected to send it for a month and a half.

In addition to treating employees unfairly, Kemp Windows & Siding scams customers by overcharging them for products and pressuring them to sign deals with hard-selling tactics.

Kemp Windows and Siding is not a company you want to do business with. I wouldn't recommend Kemp Windows and Siding to my worst enemy.
