Ripoff, no delivery even after a yea

I really wish I had googled this company before I went with them. My story is so similar to others, I would have saved myself all the agony.

Their quotes are lower/attractive compared to competition and I got sucked in similar to what looks like many others. They might be delivering simple blinds ok but I had hunter douglas wovenwood shades ordered with them for our new house.

The initial promise of 3 weeks long came and gone, no communication from them. The sales person ordered it wrong despite multiple confirmations from us (did not include the room darkening fabric). I got the wrong ones installed after about 8 weeks so atleast I have something to protect my furniture from all the sunlight and have privacy. They promised re-order and that is it, almost a year now and no shades yet...

I keep getting calls to pay off remaining dues once in a while but they dont respond when I ask about pending delivery.

Management kept changing in the sunnyvale office and makes it difficult to track all the status with them.

No response to multiple calls to sales office, could not find the manager on many personal visits to the office. No response to BBB complaint either.

Sales people do not understand the windows, do not know how to order them in their system, they do not have any tracking of paper work, poor customer service in responding to calls.

I sent final letter to sunnyvale office and head quarters now asking them to cancel my order and remaining dues. Atleast I want to move on and get it done properly with somebody else.

I dont want them to come back with delivery a year from now and ask for remaining money.
