We employed Tx Best Roofing to displace our top. The initial estimate as aprox. $8600. Following the roofing contacted with Texas Windstorm it had been recognized that people required 30yr shingle rather than the 20yr tiles cited. Therefore the roofing lifted the estimate and we decided to aprox. $9700. Then when the top was approaching conclusion he delivered having a compounded add up to the amount of $3300 extra. I've not areed to that particular and settled the aprox. $9700. Today the roofing is attemting to put a loan on our home for that extra quantity.
