If you have a roof that needs replacing or repairing in the DFW area, do NOT waste your time and energy trying to get an estimate from Lon Smith Roofing. Their highly incompetent staff will not bother to make contact with you unless your initial email indicates a huge amount of profit for them. I'm mad as hell that they are too lazy to even respond to my email.
All they needed to do would be to write they were too busy and my roof damage was too small a profit for them.
Forget all their colorful ads on Channel 8 out of Dallas... They are the clowns of the roofing business!
