I've contacted this company twice by e-mail, once thru Paypal and I have made several attempts to contact them by phone. All attempts have gone unanswered.
I placed this order and paid via Paypal. I have filed a claim with Paypal for a refund. I've also contacted the NJ Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.
Based on the research I've done and my own personal experience, it is clear that I will not be receiving my order. I can only hope that Paypal will refund my purchase price of $28.22.
