Owner said not a chance are you getting money back!

I contacted them when I received a 48 dollar bill in the mail. I had called several plumbers to replace my water heater. Which i had completed two days before they arrived. I had called quite a few. The guy from c. Ewert plumbing showed up just as i was leaving for work, i said no sorry i had that fixed two days ago. He drove off after giving me a dirty look, a week later i received the 48 dollar bill. At no time had I been told that if an appointment was made it would cost if i forgot to cancel. I tried to request the bill be removed. The owner said no way forget it.

I did not receive a confirmation call before the plumber arrived either.

Beware of this very incompassionate man if you are forgetful! There are much better companies and people to deal with.
