Bad plumbing experience

In July Fitchburg Plumbing replaced a leaking valve on our water heater.in January we received an invoice for this work. When questioned we were told that the plumber had quit and the work orders had just been found in his truck. I believe we paid this bill in Oct, but since I don't keep receipts for paid bills more than a couple months and it was relativesly inexpensive, I paid again. This time I will keep the receipt FOREVER.

Today Action Plumbing was called to replace the same leaking valve!
