Defective ripoff carpeting excessive wea

Original carpet purchased from clydes carpet aka dalton direct flooring in nov filed complaint of excessive wearing and shedding in january rep. From store came to house and inspected. New carpeting was approved and installed in march.

In july filed another claim for the same reason, took bags of fiber to store, had inspectors state there was excessive matting & crushing. Shaw industries denied my claim carpet looks like it is years only & has been down for only months when it began to show wear.
