Charged credit card, never shipped

Look, be careful with this company. They use many business names, but we ordered from Home Cinema USA. The charge on my credit card was rectivity.com. Our theater seats were ordered 6 weeks ago on the 866 telephone number. Our credit card was charged and I was told the seats were in the warehouse and would ship, same day. No shipment was received. My wife called again a week ago and she was told same thing, "it is in our warehouse and we will ship today". Now when we call we just get an answering machine. Has the company closed up or gone bankrupt? I don't know, but we are going to ask our credit card for a refund.

I would not do business with any company that takes the money before shipping. Dangerous because they can go broke while they have your money and you might never get it back.
