Contract dispute did not honor signed contract

I signed a contract for a new shingled roof with Southern Ohio Builders of Blue Ash Road Cincinnati, Ohio for $4675. I paid the copmany 10% down ($467) on 10/21/08 and the company cashed my check.

The materials and dumpster were supposed to be delivered on 11/7/08.instead, the owner of the company Ron Slusher calls my wife the day before delivery to tell her he can not honor the contract. He said it was under priced by his estimator and would be more like $8,000-10,000.

I am so angry over this. There have been 3 of his employees on my roof 3 times in the last month taking measurements, etc... And he calls me the day before they are supposed to start work to tell my wife he will not do the work for the price agreed upon within the contract.

Do not do business with this Company!
