Pekipaki Tautuaa "RAPED BY THE ROOFER!"

So-called, General Contractor (Pekipaki Tautuaa) was asked to repair Roof -stating he was a General Contractor, entire roof needed Re-shingled, swamp cooler removed from roof. ($4000.00 cash paid in full before service)

Home Roof was being prepared for putting home for sale by owner. Contract Warranty on Roof Work, was signed & dated by so-called, Contractor-stating "GENERAL CONTRACTOR".

Completion of work took several weeks, by two of so-called employees.
"Pekipaki Tautuaa, " never attempted to over see workmanship from his employees-never appeared during work on home owners roof.

Upon completion, so-called, Contractor (Pekipaki Tautuaa) was called several times for shingles blowing off, in large quatities segments & upper peak of house entire stripping of shingles off.

So-called, Contractor brought his 17-18 yr. Old son over last time to repair largest section of shingles that had came over. Several phone calls from home owner to so-called, Contractor were taken. (Negligence of so-called, Contractor didn't seem to care). So-called, Contractor's son's repair work was completed in less than a couple hours-son had a "LaCrosse/Rugby Game to attend" they couldn't stay.

So-called, Contractor stated he would come back to complete some gluing—NEVER DID or ATTEMPT TO CALL TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.

Home owner thinking roof is in tip-top shape, proceeds to put home up for sale.in the meantime, Contract is in order for a potential Buyer of home.

General Inspection of Home is taken, General Inspector DOES NOT PASS ROOF OFF!

Licensed Contractor of 38 yrs., also gives Inspection Report of Roof. Licensed Contractor is totally disgusted of roof work - states, "the worst roof shingling he has ever seen."

Division of Contractors notified. So called, "Contractor" is not licensed @ all. Pekipaki Tautuaa working fraudulently.

Contractor is notified from home owner, he is oblivious & denies any bad workmanship. Does not show any remorse.

Home Realtor contacts so-called "Contractor"& he hangs up on Realtor.

Home Owner is a single mother, 3 children, Multiple Sclerosis. So-called, Contractor was aware of home owners situation.

Contractor took full advantage of situation.

Home Owner is now filing a small claims court action on so-called "Contractor".

In the mean time, Contract on the Home, from Buyer is in Jeopardy due to Shady Pekipaki Tautuaa-"ROOF RAPER".
