Enrolled me in autodraft without authorization. Somehow aquired my debit card number. Forged sig on form

I noticed that Brinks was auto drafting payments from my checking account. I called them to find out why. They told me that they recieved the enrollment form a couple months prior.

They told me that the drafts were attatched to a debit card number that I never gave them. I have no idea how they got that number. They couldn't provide a copy of the form they said I completed.

When I was transferred the Guy whoose name is Pete at ext. 32503 told me that I sent the number to them and was very rude and was yelling from the begining of the call.

I accused his company of fraud and illegal activity and he hung up on me. I cancelled the debit card that they were using to protect myself.

I did not complete any enrollment form into auto draft. I did not give them my debit card number. 4 years ago we were doing the auto draft with them so they had my account information. It was cancelled and I have been paying by check for the last 3 years.

I was behind in paying them a couple months so they took it upon themselves to re-enroll me in auto draft and forged my sig on their form.
