Ripoff does not follow their own process deceptive company

2-10 Home Buyers Warranty should be called Home Builders Warranty. They cannot or will not follow their own process for the repair of my home. My builder (NuHouse Properties, Inc) does not seem to have the expertise or the desire to repair my home and HBW will not turn it over to the insurance company. I would like HBW to contract with a reputable company to repair the problem list on my home. They keep jerking me around and seem to be working in cahoots with the builder.

Every bit of correspondence I send to HBW is forwarded to the builder, but I cannot get HBW to send me the same information that the builder provides to them. NuHouse Properties plainly has no plan on repairing the poor workmanship in my home and I feel HBW should be required to turn the claim into the insurance company.interior doors do not latch, some have large gaps with the frames. We still cannot slide a chair on the kitchen floor without it catching on and adjacent tile (NuHouse has replaced the floor twice). NuHouse came in and put drywall compound on some drywall defects and has not returned to sand and paint. The list goes on, and on...
