Reliable Group rip-off dishonest liars

I ordered their snow removal service on December 18 for $40 a visit. They demanded a $400 deposit check for 10 visits that they cached immediately.

I cancelled their service after 2 visits because:

1. They were trying to do the snow removal at 6 AM making lots of noise and waking up the whole street.

2. Did a lousy job.

3. Lied that they could not handle more than 6 inches of snow while they have drive-on snowblower which is capable of handling much more.

4. Had no flexibility whatsoever: I asked if they can work only when I ask them to work, they refused.

I cancelled their service on December 20.

They promised me refund which did not arrive in 3 weeks. I called them on January 13, and after one more call they finally send me refund, but only $200, charching me $40 cancellation fee never discussed and for 2 times more visits than they actually did.
