Four Months Without a Working $4000 Viking Cooktop and Venthood

We bought a VIKING cooktop and venthood from Home Depot Expo Design Center in October and paid them to install it in our house. The day it was installed, it did not work. I informed them that the unit does not work, and they assigned a repair company to fix it. This company came out twice but could not fix the unit.

I called the Expo Design Center to say the unit still did not work, and they sent a different repair company to fix the problem. This company came out three to four different times but could not fix the problem.

Home Depot Expo Design Center is fully aware of the situation, that they sold me a defective appliance that did not work the day it was installed by them. It has been four months, and the cooktop and venthood still do not work. Every time I call them or their corporate office in Atlanta, GA, I get a runaround.

We have spent around $4000 to get this unit from them, and as of today we are unable to use it. I believe Home Depot should replace this defective unit or give me my money back.
