The man started the job fine and professionally. Toward the middle of the end mr. Smith was repeatedly not on the job site and work was not being finished as agreed during the time line that was given. I admit i should have not paid him until completion of the job but i had been assured over and over of the works completion. I paid the gentle almost 20k to complete the project. And do to his incompetence and laziness i had to pay another contractor 7500.00 to finish what he did not and also fix his work. He stopped returning phone call and also the last time i did see him, he had a nice new truck bought with my money no doubt. I am currently suing him in small claims court stay tuned
