Paul J. Komka This people was paid $ 1,995.00 to process my loan modification. It's been 5 mos, no words, i called Mike Smith he said he no longer work for PJ Komka and he said PJ Komka is nowhere to be found!

My husband and I paid Mike Smith $ 1,995 to do a loan modification for our home, he said he works for Paul J. Komka, a licensed lawyer. We signed documents & proposal that they will be submitting to our lender. Mike Smith said it will take at least 90 days. We called one time in April and he claims that he's actually talking to our lender on the other line to process our loan modfication, after that no words from him or any updates at all. It's been 5 1/2 mos. We called Mike Smith & he said he no longer works for PJ Komka & PJ Komka is the one handling our papers. We tried to call PJ Komka on the number we have on file & Mike Smith gave us but the office & cell # were both disconnected. We called Mike Smith again and he said that PJ Komka is in Brazil (?), nowhere to be found, and he also said that PJ Komka left the business building without paying his last rent. It sounds like PJ Komka took off and fooled a lot of people like us, i know other people too who trusted this guys and paid them too! I know that this Mike Smith is also an accessory to this fraudulence activity. I called my lender - Wells Fargo and found out that there was no loan modification filed/submitted from PJ Komka nor Mike A. Smith ever, since Jan. 2010 when I paid this people $ 1,995.00. Mike Smith is the only person I can get a hold to but he denies being a part of it and he said he was just PJ Komka's employee and now he no longer works for him so I should call PJ Komka regarding our loan modification but he doesn't know where is this PJ Komka!!!
