Closed on home non-working a/c ripped off for $1,500.00 per their contractor on fence

I'm a first time home buyer closed on a home, seller is rlw investments in Tulsa, Ok one stipulation on the purchase was the home was supposed to have a working a/c because I have a six-month old grandchild living with me and the heat in Ok is brutal this time of year.

Another deal was rlw investments was putting up $1,500.00 towards closing and I then would hire their contractor to put up a fence for 1,500.00 which I did and got 3/4 of the fence installed and the guy Lee Campbell took off with my money and my materials for the fence I'm a single woman and I got ripped off wish I had used my head and not paid him a dime til it was done and bought the materials myself.

A hard lesson learned don't trust these people if you run across them. Still cannot move in due to no fence and no air I closed on this property on july 17 today is the 26 of july. I have to be out of my current residence by August 9th. Buyer beware don't trust these people they are currently flipping several properties in the Tulsa area.
