Very Unprofessional and downright mean

I am so angry right now. Last year this company did some work for us. They needed access to the basement wall through the first floor. They moved our central air conditioning unit to get to the place they needed to be. When the work was done they disappeared without putting the air conditioning back. We called and asked them to come back. They did. It was winter then and we could not check to see if the AC was working. Now it is June. It is hot. We turned on the AC. It did not work. They had given us a letter stating they would come out in the Spring to charge our unit. I called the company. The phone was disconnected. They are out of business.

Today we had an AC repair man out. He said our unit is now worthless. Lines were cut. Hoses were bent. We have to replace the whole thing! Of course, in these lean times we don't have the money for this.

How can fellow humans treat each other this way? What is wrong with James Schmidt? He stood in my home and told me he would help us take care of our problems. I can't believe someone would lie right to my face.

I found out about this website too late. I will always check here before doing anything.
