Uses defected Materials When Building Their Homes

To all parties who are interested:

My husband and I had a Jim Walter home built back in 1992, we have had nothing but problems with this home. The first thing being defective storm windows, the second leaks around vent pipe on roof, roof also is warped looking, and also have had to replace flooring in son's bedroom at the beginning of since then it has been replaced 2 more times, still cannot figure out where the water leak is coming from, plus throughout our home flooring is warping. We are on pier and beam and as it seems it wasn't properly done otherwise we wouldn't have cracks that are in an estimation of 1 inch wide in some spots on sheetrock. We are to our wits end and would like some advice to what we should do! Please help!!! I am curious if anyone has a class action law suit against these clowns?
