As a token of appreciation I wanted to let all of you know that I had initiated contact with Jim Walter Homes and was planing to put one of their higher end homes on 5 acres I own in Florida. I plan to retire to Florida in the coming year.

Based on the remarks made to complaint I today told them I am no longer interested in receiving any further communication or promotional items and I certainly will not proceed with the home purchase I had planned from Jim Walter Homes.

I want to thank all of you for taking the time to make unsuspecting buyers like me aware of the problems you have encountered with Jim Walter Homes. You have probably saved me a lot of headaches and frustration and dollars.
