Warranty Voided After Customer Opened Cover to Check Compressor Fuse

There isn't much to add to all other complaints here.
They are all true AHS doesn't do what they claim they would & should do, like cover the expense of a/c unit or other items.
They got me with my A/c unit, they are notorious for coming days later, (as you can read from numerous post) & trying to make appointments with them is pure agony.
They voided my warranty because I opened the cover to see if it was the fuse by the compressor & left the cover opened & off.
So they voided my warranty on the compressor because I touch the fuse.
(BTW I was a paying customer for 4 years)
If you are reading this before you purchase a home warranty. Don't bother with this company it is a waste of money look at bbb.org they have so many complaints
go look elsewhere
