My partner and that I were never provided the info necessary to protect our rug & support under guarantee if the need arise. The salesman informed us we'd obtain it t/in 2 weeks.

We weren't persistent and respected the salesman. We (1) do not have the info to recognize which guarantees affect our rug (or padding) AND we-don't have evidence of purchase within the type of an ITEMIZED bill/declaration determining cost taken care of rug (padding) excluding work which can be NEEDED by Mohawk (if we CERTAINLY HAVE MOHAWK FLOORING AND SUPPORT)... We-don't have evidence of THAT

Salesman, "Harry Kennedy", stated the specialist must have quit the guarantees but, he'd look after receiving me the info I needed. He explained the rug had 10-year and also the support a-5-year guarantee).

Talked to Yomaira Ruiz, customer support, numerous occasions but nonetheless do not have the necessary data written down.

06/10/08 I received another call from Yomaira

* She stated she talked to a different salesman & was informed that there is NO support guarantee

* She doesnot determine what I'm attempting to clarify concerning the guarantee with regards to the "Mohawk Residential Carpet Guarantee Brochure"... I informed her the brochure doesnot support when the info I had been provided on my rug is not outlined within the brochure... I informed her to appear my flooring up within the brochure... She set me on-hold for and not returned towards the phone, and so I hungup.

06/10/08 I called 847-583-3000 & requested for that workplace of the Leader. Alternatively I had been used in Ranisha Odemis voicemail.

I called back & requested Rebecca Clark X40195 AGAIN for that workplace of the Leader but got a voice-mail. I named a 3rd period and questioned who these folks were that I had been being used in & was advised something similar to "client satisfaction professionals"... I stated used to donot wish to talk to other people in customer support!!! She got my title/quantity & moved me towards the "Representative of Consumer Knowledge" Ralph Dewert... I quit voice-mail with my info.

06/13/08 Obtained an "Kingdom Restricted craftsmanship & Maintenance Guarantee" within the email

It says...

"This Can Be A labor warranty supplied by the Kingdom organization that you bought your products and services (among the quality businesses creating the Kingdom household - Kingdom Today, LLC; Kingdom Home Solutions, LLC; or Kingdom Home Enhancements, LLC (Kingdom") for you, the initial buyer customer ("Operator")...

Please consult your item and company guarantees for further protections. Guarantees can be found for examination just before signing of the purchase contract or purchase purchase"

The maker guarantee is what I'm not able to get from Kingdom today!

07/10/08 Submitted a n/Better Business Office

Plan To contact Mohawk to record their methods. Ideally, after they observe this website they wont wish to offer flooring to Empire Today. I realize that I Would never utilize them again. I guess they're big enough they do not need to depend on repeat clients.
