Nursery is Deceptive and Lies!

I went online to order palm trees for my new Atlanta home's backyard pool. I saw that TyTy Nursery had "8 year old Windmill Palms at 5.5 to 6 feet tall" for only app. $250 each. What a bargain compared to the prices around town!
I ordered eight palms. When they got to my house via freight truck, I could not believe my eyes! Each palm was merely a house plant, not a tree! The tallest one measured from the base of the plant was 50 inches at best! When I called the nursery to complain they still wanted to charge me for the shipping... I decided that it was better to accept the plants then fight with them over the phone because I really wanted to prove to them that what they sold me was not what I ordered.
I am going to take pictures of the palms with a measuring tape next to them and use that as my proof.
Stay tuned... Tomorrow I am going to fight them... I want at least some money back or new trees!!!
