In March we bought rug in 2 areas also it had a-5 year guarantee.in May we realized that our rug began to appear worn along and began to come aside within the traffic locations. We named kingdom plus they sent a inpection organization. They arrived and stated it had been typical deterioration. We believe our rug shouldn't seem like that after being just 24 months old. It's getting really worse. It appears like its two decades old not 24 months old. The salesman who offered us the rug stated it'd never appear used. I'd never trust anybody from kingdom again. They've horrible sales agents and customer support.
