Kraft-Maid Cabinets Prepaid at $21,195 Still Partly Installed

On August 15, I prepaid for new Kraft-Maid kitchen cabinets, including installation, for $21,195. As of December 14, my order is still incomplete and my cabinets are only partially installed. Each mistake made by the manufacturer or designer delays completion by weeks. Some items have been reordered 4 times. Our kitchen has been unusable for over three and a half months, with no water, sink, appliances, etc. I have taken my concerns all the way to the CEO of Home Depot and only get excuses and a professional run-around.

The installation is subcontracted to a company called Renovations Redefined, which appears to have as much distaste for Home Depot as I have come to have.
