Beware of Chris Byrd of Golden Valley Arizona, (unlicensed manufactured home dealer) who sold to me and agreed to remodel said home in a timeley fashion has breached the contract. Cost of home was $21,300. Civil suit has been filed in Justice Court in Kingman Arizona, Mohave County.
