Here's what Bob Gallo does:

Pulls up in his truck and starts a conversation.

Tells you you need gutter/roof repairs right away, he can do
it for you tomorrow.

Tells you "It's code"

"Jokes" that he might call the building dept himself.

Walks around looking at your house saying "You GOTTA have this
done now.

The repair that he proposes is sticking a strip of aluminum under your roofing shingles at the gutter, thereby *preventing*
water from backing up into your house.

DON'T DO IT! It's a scam! Tell him (and any other pressure salesman) to HIT the ROAD!!!
