Ridgeline Construction Group
Cut a tree down and made it hit our roof damaging our rain gutte

Our neighbor had a tree cut down by Ridgeline Construction Group. The tree fell and hit our roof and rain gutter. Ridgeline said they would pay to repair or replace the rain gutter. They gave me a signed paper stating that it was their fault and they would pay to fix the gutter.

I gave them the name of the company that put up the gutter. They spoke with them but have not paid for the repair work to be done. The incident happened on October 30.

It's been over a month and the gutter company has not received payment from Ridgeline Construction Group to fix the gutter. They will not repair the gutter until they receive payment.

I would like Ridgeline Construction Group to pay The Gutter Guys to repair or replace my rain gutter that they damaged.
