Deck drive belt will not stay on pulleys

Cub Cadet Riding Tractor Deck Gear won't remain on pulleys. Has happened [and proceeds to happen] many-many occasions throughout the 24 months of possession. Aspx] have documents of similar grievances from several customers and MTD [Cub Cadet] has neither released a recognition with this tractor or released a retrofit fix package/process to solve this main design defect. The primary drive lever about the motor doesn't have gear retainer/owner supports and also the high perspective of the drive lever with regards to the terrace pulleys (within the cut placement) seems to be a contributing element in this problem.
