Beware of BestNest.com Returns

I purchased the Illumina floating pump & fountain with light. The fountain is not spraying at all, only producing bubbles. I contacted BestNest. The associate said the product has a 2yr mfg warranty and gave me their number to call. I hung up and called the mfg and after giving him the model # the mfg said this product has been discontinued for 3 yrs and parts are not available. They have had two more models since this one. He suggested that I call BestNest to return the product. I then called back BestNest and spoke to the same associate. The associate was surprised that I called right back and asked if I got the name of the person who I spoke with when I called the mfg, I did not get the name. He said he would email his supervisor with my information and asked for a phone number that I could be reached. After giving him my phone# I asked him for the supervisor's name and he said he could not give it out. I asked if I could get his manager's name and again his response he could not give out this information. I've never heard of a business that an employee was not able to give out their upper management names!
