Associates not truthful in account closures dept

I recently received a Bank of America Account Closure letter, when I called the 800 number to request more information about the closure the first associate I talked to told me that a different account was being closed than the letter said, I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told (It was a Saturday) that all the supervisors were in a meeting and I would have to request that they call me back. I gave my information and called them back in 30 minutes. The second associate (Rosie) told me that the supervisor was on the phone with another customer and I would have to put in a request to be called back. I gave her my information and returned my call to them in 15 minutes, as it was getting later on a Saturday and they were on Eastern time and I am in California. The third associate (Valerie) told me that there were no supervisors there and that all calls to supervisors were handled from a different office and I would have to give my call back information and they would call me after the weekend. I got up at 5AM the following Tuesday (being 1/2) and called again this time getting a supervisor (Judy) who was able to correctly explain my situation although she was unable to change it. I then complained about the varying stories by the associates, and she admitted the previous Saturday had had a skeleton crew, but could not imagine what associates would give me such varying information. I told her who they were and then asked where I could write a letter of complaint to, she gave me the Califonia 800 number but not a complaint line. I remain very dissatisfied with this response from the Risk Identification Support Center Customer Service. Not much customer support I say!
