Rip off company - delivered to the wrong address

I ordered a bed off Cymax, before they delivered i changed the delivery address and arranged to pay an extra fee for shipping to a new address, despite telling them many many times they delivered to the wrong address, and then failed to pick the item up after i cancelled the order.

The bed is still at the old address, i can't get access to it and they refuse to return any phone calls, amazing how the call centre manager is never available.

I want to sue them, but for that i need the name of their owner, or call centre managers full name, which they won't supply, does anyone out there know what name i can file a civil suit under? Are they a corporation?

Do not buy from this company they will charge you for everything even when they get it wrong.
