They (Empire) targets the elderly... Sent a slick salesman/thug out to see my 85 yr. Old mother, started installation the same day, didn't install what she ordered, charged twice as much as verbal estimate, carpeted over heat ducts and around heavy furniture. When busted they adjusted the price by 50% but within a few months began another (futile) collection attempt. They should have their mothers treated the same way, see how THEY like it.
