Homecomings
Tried to force my home into forecloser, even after i beg them to pls give me a pay plan. They did not give me a easy plan to pay back and refused to make the payments easy

Even after i made contact they refused to enter me in a forebearance plan. They were so curl that, did it did matter if i beg and cried for help. They return all the money i sent them and wanted all lawyer fees upfront, $3000 dollars. I told them i never got anything in the mail informing me that my home was in forecloser. The only thing i got in the mail was a letter saying i was late every month, since we talked and agreed on $1500 dollars a month. They are not telling the truth every payment was made on time. Know they want $2000 dollars a month and that really hurts my family.
