Repaired chimney flashing on roof

The roof was leaking where the chimney meets it. The contractor repaired it, but it leaked worst after the job was finished. I sent him detailed pictures of the problem. Below is a log of all my attempts to reach him to discuss the repair. I get his voice mail, but he never replies ot the voice mail or email messages I send him.

Tues 04/22/08 1:21 PM - left voice mail and followed up with email

Mon 04/21/08 2:00 PM - left voice mail requesting that Ed call me and followed up with email.

Tues 04/15/08 5:30 PM - left voice mail - no response to email or voice mail of 04/14/08; followed up with email.

Mon 04/14/08 10:35 AM - left voice mail requesting that Ed call me and followed up with email (Mon 4/14 10:48 AM)

Wed 4/9 1:37 PM - sent email requesting Ed call me - follow-up on email of 03/18/08

Tue, 18 Mar 21:51: 15 - sent email requesting a repair date

Mon, 21 Jan 16:11: 06 - Ed returned email and said that the issue would be addressed when weather gets better
Sun, 20 Jan 17:30 - Sun, 13 Jan - sent pictures of leaks
