Crack in sidewalk

We had concretefx do 2 sidewalks at the sametime and were happy with the job. About 4 months later we had what I consider a major crack in the back sidewalk. After many emails the owner came out and went over both sidewalks and wrote back that he couldn't find it.

I had to send them pictures and weeks later the owner came back out and said that there was't much he could do but put some kind of filler in the crack, this was done and it still looks like crap. Paying $6500 I don't think you should have cracks!
