Mark Miller - Cerami Shield Now At Skylyn Construction Henchman Is Mark Mc Daniel Stole deposit

Please add this to the sulking saga of Mark Miller. We also tried to get replacement windows through Cerami Shield on 5 Sep 2007. They responded to one of those internet referrals, came to our Brevard County home with a glorious pitch, took a $1000 deposit check, cashed it then called saying they could not do job for contracted price.

The contract was hand written on a painting contract form. Mark exercised THEIR option on the back to cancel the contract and promised by email & phone to refund the deposit.

Despite several BS stories since then he has not returned our money. When I tried to have him summoned by Seminole County Occupational Licensing, it was disclosed that his EXPIRED license was for painting only - not construction - which is required to do windows. When I visited Cerami Shield Inc., the landlord told me Miller had skipped rent from stated business address months before soliciting us.

His current construction front is a rented "P O Box" in a plaza. Suite 310 is BOX 310. How can we get him shut down and force repayment without losing fees and my work days/salary? He can simply ignore a summons from Small Claims Court and tolerate liens on further sale of his property while I foot the court bills!
