Rip off - bad business

Miller windows or cutting edge windows, whatever he calls himself this week is a rip off. The windows were late in coming to my home, the installers made a mess of my drywall, paint and exterior stucco.

The owner tried to charge me more money above contract on the last day of install... Did I mention that I never saw the owner after he made the sale? Never even came out to check the work.

Anyway, he tried to charge me $500 dollars more than our contract and then tried to tell me I had already paid $500 dollars less than I had - lucky I had the canceled check in hand.

He has now tried to put a lien on my home trying to get more money than contract. I thought this kink of stuff was illegal? Where are the homeowner rights? I have two invoices, that have the word 'paid' on them from him and he is still trying to milk me for more money???
DO NOT USE MILLER WINDOWS - he has changed his company name 3 times now in 6 months... Beware of Miller windows..
