Owner of Grout Wizard of SWFL in the Ft. Myers Naples are hires illegal aliens with no experience to perform work. They came into my house damaged several things and owner would not replace or return my calls. The work that was performed was sloppy and unacceptable. My floors are now ruined and have to be replaced by another company. The grout sealer that was installed is coming up in many places. The owner of this company Grout Wizard of SW Florida will not answer my calls and refuses to fix the problem or return my money! Anyone living in the SW Florida area such as Naples, Ft. Myers, or Sarasota should be very aware that this company Grout Wizard of SWFL is out to ruin peoples lives and take their hard earned money!
