Aero Products Aero Products Air Beds are the Worse

I purchased the Queen size Aero Mattress sold by this company from the Base Exchange, filled out the warranty & sent in, then 7 months later started having leaks at the seams. This is not through misuse, merely because it is a faulty product made In China. When I contacted the company I was informed that since I purchased this in a Military Exchange, they could not verify that I had actually bought same, therefore, could not honor my request for repair or replacement unless I had a receipt. No where in the booklet that accompanied the mattress, did it say I had to retain the receipt in order for them to honor their warranty, merely that I had to complete the warranty card and submit same, which I did. When this was brought to their attention, was told they do not maintain a file on the warranty cards, so why send them in. After two letters to them, I still have not received an answer to my written requests. Phone calls do no good.in reading some of the other complaints against this company, at least they have received replacement mattresses, but I have not had this courtesy. I have notified the Base Exchange of this policy and hope that they will remove the mattress from sale in their stores and return them to this Junk Company.

Anyone who reads this, please take my word for it and do not buy this product. It is inferior, made in China, will not last the duration of the warranty, and the warranty is not honored by the company that sells them.
My mattress had little use by two old foggies both over 75 years young as a bed when visiting my son, wife and granddaughter. All aspects of the provisions of the warranty applied, but not honored. Stay away from this product.
