Charged My Credit Card No Product - No Refund

I ordered a product from this company in July. After not being able to fulfill my order I cancelled the order and was expecting a refund in September. I still have no refund... I have called them, e-mailed them, called the Better Business Bureau, NJ Attorney General, and Action News. I have had no luck. Next step is small claims court... Do not buy from this company they are the worst.

From what I have read they have ripped off a ton of people... Buyer's Beware!
