Lied for 6 months during which time I phoned them 27 times about my purchases, which I never recieved

For a 6 month period, multiple employees assured me that my order was soon to be delivered. I phoned them 27 times (all documented) and was repeatedly told my request to speak with a supervisor would be honored, but no supervisor ever called.

When I finally informed them that I would report them as a scam operation, they canceled my order - as if that made any difference, considering they never sent me any product anyway, and they refused to refund my $292. I was forced to go through my credit card company to get the money returned to me.

These people are pirates. They will lie to you to steal your money. Do not do business with this company.
