Not a customer service company. I wouldn't recommend them to do anything!

They came out to fix my dryer but they didn't have the part. They said "we have it in stock." After 3 weeks of calling them and leaving a message for a manager to call me, no one ever called me. So they finally call me after 3-1/2 weeks and make an appointment to come out on a Saturday between 2-5pm to fix the dryer. I called the office at 5:00pm to ask if anybody is coming and the said "we are running 45min behind. (nobody called to tell me that, I had to call them) Now it is 6:30pm and nobody is here to fix it yet and nobody has called me. DO NOT USE!!! Nobody never showed up today and the company is closed now. We will be going to court for my deposit...
